As an Account Manager, Jack provides support to the team and their clients by assisting with marketing, renewal, and open enrollment cycles. This includes creating various communication deliverables, as well as day-to-day client contact regarding claims/billing issues. Jack is dedicated to providing excellent service to his clients.
As a Senior Consultant, Ty works to guide employers through the healthcare and insurance world. Among other things, his key responsibilities include leading clients and their employees’ physical, mental, and financial agendas, educating and partnering with leadership teams to make informed and empowered healthcare decisions, and building valuable employee benefit packages that attract and retain employees.
Taylor supports the team of Account Executives and Account Managers to provide clients with top notch products and services. As a Benefits Coordinator, she helps to create marketing materials and RFPs for our clients, as well as serves as an additional day-to-day point of contact for their HR representatives.
Anna Maria has 20+ years combined experience in Operations, HR, and Benefits in various industries. She manages and provides support for clients by assisting with benefit plan design, advising, educating, and coordinating internal and external resources to meet their needs and expectations.
Joan is a Senior Vice President of Benefits Consulting who brings organization and execution to the strategies that Brian Uhlig develops for his clients. Joan is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Health and Welfare programs including vendor management, plan administration, merger/acquisition management, and employee communications.

Fiduciary Responsibilities for Group Health Plan Sponsors

One of those requirements is that the plan have “fiduciaries” who operate the plan in the sole interest of the participants and beneficiaries, and ERISA holds all plan fiduciaries to a higher standard of care than non-fiduciaries.
